Refusing an order at delivery
You can check your order when the courier arrives. If you don't want it, you can refuse it at the door and only pay the delivery fee.
Returns in store
Returns aren't accepted online. You can return items at any Sheba branch within 14 days of delivery:
- Avenue Mall, El Rehab 2
- Mall 2, Rehab City
- Maadi Grand Mall
Returns that meet the conditions below are refunded. You can also choose to exchange for another item.
Return conditions
Items must be unused and unworn, with the original price tag attached and in the original packaging.
What we can't accept
- Personal hygiene items
- Anything used, worn, or with the tag removed
Defective items
If an item has a defect, bring it to any Sheba branch within 14 days. It must still be in its original, new condition, with the tag and packaging. Defective items can't be returned online.
